The website is still being updated. There is plenty of content already up, please look around.
In recent decades there has been a surge in Jewish content publications with thousands of novels, histories, and studies of all aspects of Judaism available to the reader. The variety and quantity is overwhelming! This year, Book Fair again struggled to select a sampling of the great feast of culture and wisdom from our People of the Books to bring to the Jewish Community of Western New York. We are pleased to host authors of both fiction and nonfiction who will speak on a variety of topics. Book Fair offers you novels, memoirs, histories, biography, literary studies, film, children’s books and, when you are ready to put down the books, we have a concert for your listening pleasure as well.
We are grateful for the help we receive from the Jewish Book Council network(www.jewishbookcouncil.org) and for the support we receive from the New York State Council onthe Arts. Programs and receptions are underwritten, sponsored and hosted by the Jewish CommunityCenter, local organizations, agencies, businesses, and individuals committed to supporting Jewish Cultural Arts Programming. We thank you.
